Once you’ve purchased your rink package, you can choose to install it yourself or let our expert team handle it for you. Our comprehensive installation process covers every detail necessary for the smooth operation of your rink equipment:
Site Preparation: We’ll prepare the site, including providing a level sub-floor if required.
Dasher Board and Rink Frame Installation: Our team installs the dasher boards and rink frame to ensure structural integrity.
Rink Liner Installation: We expertly lay the rink liner to create a smooth skating surface.
Chiller Start-Up and Commissioning: We handle the start-up process for your chiller to ensure optimal performance.
Floor Piping Setup: We roll out the rink floor piping, connect it to the chiller, and charge it with glycol.
Leak Testing: Our team conducts a pressure test on the connections to check for leaks.
First Ice Service: We fill the rink and provide 3 inches of beautifully groomed ice, ready for skating.
Accessory Installation: We install essential accessories such as spectator netting, rubber flooring, and exterior lighting.
Seasonal Re-Installation: We’ll also re-install your purchased equipment for each subsequent season, ensuring your rink is always ready to go.
